We are back into full swing. Our Pilates classes have started up with Monica as the lead instructor. Monica comes from a Massage and Yoga instructor background.
Pilates comes from Joseph Pilates, who said the inspiration came to him during World War One where he developed and practiced his exercise regime on his fellow internees. Pilates background was gymnastics, martial arts and yoga. He combined the movements to bring about what 11 million people world wide now use to help increase their core strength, balance and health.
